Tahoe Donner Green Club's Charter is:

• to encourage the transition to a sustainable living and working environment for
  Tahoe Donner homes, lands, and Association facilities.
• to educate Tahoe Donner property owners and Association staff about methods
  and ways to create, transition to, and maintain such an environment.
• to educate Tahoe Donner property owners and Tahoe Donner Association staff
  in methods to create a sustainable environment.
• to promote the establishment of Tahoe Donner Association as a leader among
  Home Owner associations in providing a sustainable environment.
